I have been a licensed REALTOR® since 1985, Broker since 1990. I love spending time with my son, Josh, when he lets me (he is a teenager after all), connecting with family, reading, hiking, running into my neighbors while walking our dogs, and gardening. One of the things I love most about my job is taking a property in need of loving care and making it shine so that my client can reach their financial goals and personal dreams.

I work with a team of professionals to get homes prepared for sale, but if someone is unavailable last minute to clean a toilet, scrub a tub, lay down bark, etc. I am not afraid of rolling up my sleeves and getting whatever is needed done myself.
